The Always Here website located at www.always-here.co.uk is a copyrighted work belonging to the Anders Group. You should be at least 18 years of age to access the site. If you disagree with any provisions of these terms, do not log into or use the site.
URL Modifications and QR Card Usage
Once a QR card has been ordered, later URL changes or reassignment may make the QR code unusable. We are not liable for replacing QR cards in those cases and recommend that URLs are not modified after a QR card has been ordered.
User Content
You are responsible for content you submit. By submitting content, you confirm it complies with acceptable use requirements and grant the company rights needed to make that content available on the site.
Acceptable Use
You must not upload or distribute content that infringes rights, is illegal, abusive, threatening, harmful, defamatory, vulgar, false, misleading, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, harms minors, violates law or contains restricted legal documents. You must not disrupt systems, attempt unauthorised access, spam, scrape users or use automated tools to misuse the site.
Review, Feedback and Indemnification
We may review, remove or modify user content where terms are breached. Feedback may be used by the company. You agree to indemnify the company against claims arising from your use of the site, violation of terms, applicable laws or user content.
